For: VIV Indicator and VIV Community Club +

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the VIV Indicator, joining the Community Club, or accessing the VIV Club. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The VIV indicator, all related tools, features, branding, and strategy logic are intellectual property of Thirtyfour® Soft Systems Private Limited.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator for personal use only.
• You may not copy, share, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the indicator or related content in any form without written consent.

2. User Access & Subscription

• Access to the VIV Indicator and/or community is provided via a subscription plan (Community Club+ or VIV Club+).
  
• Subscriptions are valid for the specified time (e.g., 1 year) from the date of access.
• Each subscription is tied to a single user and one TradingView account only.
• Sharing login credentials or indicator access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable once access to the indicator or community has been granted.
  
• We do not offer refunds for partial usage, dissatisfaction, or non-usage during the subscription period.
• Ensure your TradingView email is correctly provided to activate access.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Rebrand, clone, or recreate VIV or its logic
• Redistribute VIV scripts, code, or concepts
• Engage in spamming, harassment, or disruptive behavior in the community
• Post offensive, irrelevant, or promotional content
• Use the platform to mislead or misrepresent market information

Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban, without notice or refund.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All discussions, analysis, charts, and interactions within VIV Club or Community Club are considered private.
  
• You may not share screenshots, comments, or strategies from the community outside the platform, without permission.
• Violations of privacy may result in legal action.

6. Indicator Availability

The VIV Indicator is built on TradingView and depends on their servers and scripting engine.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays, platform outages, or chart errors
• Missed alerts or indicator lags due to TradingView limitations
• We reserve the right to modify or improve the indicator features without prior notice.

7. Educational Use Only

• The VIV system is intended to support learning and self-analysis.
  
• It does not provide financial advice, stock recommendations, or guaranteed returns.
• Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or shared within the community. Continued use of VIV services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

By accessing the VIV Indicator or joining our communities, you acknowledge that you have:

• Agreed to comply with all rules and policies
• Accepted all risks and responsibilities associated with trading and learning
