6. Indicator Functionality - The VIV indicator is built on TradingView’s Pine Script. Its performance depends on the platform’s live data and limitations.
We do our best to ensure accuracy and uptime, but we are not liable for any delays, bugs, or missed alerts due to third-party platform limitations.

7. Subscription Terms

• All paid plans (VIV Community Club + and VIV Indicator) are non-refundable once access is granted
• You are responsible for managing your TradingView account and ensuring correct access username/email
• Subscriptions are for personal use only — sharing access is prohibited

Major updates will be shared within the group or via official announcements.
